​​Course Description:  

Do you sometimes hesitate when choosing a major or professional orientation, a friend or partner, an activity or plan for the evening, a direction or destination, a piece of clothing, a book… Have you ever found yourself regretting “damn, I knew it, I should have chosen the other option… or I should have followed my intuition!”  

We often forget to connect to our little inner voice which can guide us, together with our rational mindset, towards the right decision for us. It requires, like a muscle does, specific training and tools to be more effective and reliable. Prestigious schools like HARVARD foster their students to know and use better their intuition for their future.  

In this course, you will learn through practical tools and facts: What is intuition? How does it work? How can I differentiate it from a fear or a desire? When can I use it more consciously? How can I trust and benefit from it in all aspects of my life : decision making, problem solving, communication...? How can I stimulate and develop it further?    

Following this first course, deepening private sessions can be tailor-made to suit specific needs.  

Course Instructor: 

Charlotte Frederiksen is a professional and HEC certified coach and intuition development trainer at Co-incidence (www.co-incidence.ch ), that she founded in 2016 after working for over fifteen years in communications for international companies. Charlotte supports in English and in French all those who wish to develop their intuitive capacities, through individual coaching and collective training within companies, schools, universities and professional associations. She also organizes workshops open to all where theoretical presentation and practical exercises form a detailed introduction to the fascinating field of intuition. ​English A2 is required. The course will be held in English and the instructor speaks German if necessary (B1).
